Students were treated to some “soul” on Thursday night when SMU’s RFoC at Umphrey Lee Center hosted Soul Food Night.

Soul Food Night is one of several themed dining nights that RFoC hosts throughout the year. Students selected from various dishes, including perennial soul food dishes such as macaroni and cheese, black eyed peas, corn bread and more.
