Kappa Alpha Theta hosted their annual philanthropy meet and greet Bewitched By Theta Thursday evening in the Meadows atrium to benefits the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Dallas.

Guests snacked on cupcakes while socializing with the Thetas amid the sorority’s black and gold decorations.

The sorority was proud of the outcome at the event. They sold 150 tickets with Pony and around 50 tickets were bought with cash according to Devon Myers, Theta’s philanthropy chair.

Myers was hopeful that between the ticket sales to the event and donations made by guests the sorority will raise $1500 for CASA.

Since 1979, CASA has provided trained volunteers to help abused and neglected children find safe, permanent homes.
