SMU Hosts Rock Climbing Competition

The Dedman Center for Lifetime Sports was host to the 5th Annual SMU Pulldown Climbing Competition on Saturday. The competition was part of USA Climbing’s College Climbing Series, which hosts competitions at universities throughout the country.

According to SMU Outdoor Adventures, over 100 climbers participated this year, in categories such as limestone, sandstone, granite, as well as speed and dyno elimination.

    The competition was great. Thank you to SMU for hosting it and doing an excellent job. I was wondering, when are the results going to be posted? I do not live in Dallas and traveled from out of town to compete and would like to know how I did. Thanks!
